My first response to just seeing this news is: what is this?

I do not know what to make of it. Thrilled at this legislation? I do not understand it.

Though, there were great pieces of information indicating the use of WINR's software beyond gaming.

I believe that the software being
provided by WINR may become the standard for e-commerce companies(in Europe
at first) to use. The e-commerce companies will sign up the same as the gaming
companies will. I am getting a great feeling that even though Skinner and his team have
the background in gaming and want WINR to provide for the gaming industry, the
CMS will market it for WINR to all who want e-commerce. Gaming companies are no
different than any other online entity, except that the gaming industry needs a way to
get money BACK to the customer, which WINR has covered with the debit cards.

This thing is much bigger than we thought, and I think much bigger than CFG or WINR
thought just a few weeks ago(maybe a month or two). "In
addition, WINR has strived to establish the most trusted banking establishments in the world. The
CyberLink Trust recognized the WINR software to provide the needed security and integrity for all
Internet transactions.We also believe that
their system will have a multitude of other uses in the Internet Community with the safety and security
features it offers. The market projections we feel are very conservative as the Internet is in such an
infant stage in all areas of commerce. There is no doubt that WINR will develop a significant part of
the market outside of the U.S. "
The CMS will be providing this
software to those three banking entities and others to use for e-commerce. Once
companies who wish to do business online see that the financial backbone are these
banks, they will sign up through the CMS(who will manage the transactions-this could be Proksch's baby; after all, he is only 37), and WINR will get royalties for every dime
that goes through the system. Online gaming is a nice niche, but general e-commerce
will be huge and accepted by all on any street. That is exciting!

IMHO and why I think this is a huge opportunity. Most responses I have gotten back from individuals I have been contacting about WINR have indicated that they will believe what they read and hear once they see this system up and running and functioning for themselves, but they do admit it looks very interesting. That is reason #1 for the lack of buying. I do not know when a good buying opportunity will be for newcomers, but I am suspecting that the day of announcement that operations are up will cause a serious spike(that will most likely fall back pretty good in the short-term) before we see any slow ascent for future news of contracts or financial data.
