Andrew - Points taken - My big beef is that he intends to kill or sell all of these little companies but he is more than happy to take $5k out the kitty of each one each month and then charge all kinds of other charges against each company's books each month whil doing nothing in return other than filing the appropriate income statements which are progressively worse each quarter as the only thing happening is these expenses continue and nothing is happening on the other side. What about the jv and the drilling of kaltwasser -
