If you compare Newbridge's stock performance to Lucent, Cisco, Tellabs, Northern Telecom, and others, you will get a better understanding as to my periodic statements of dislike for TM. Newbridge's stock performance has been consistently erratic. Until recently, Newbridge had a string of sub-par operating quarters, while our competitors did not. Why is is that Newbridge brought in Lutz, an outsider? Why is it that there are now fewer insiders on Newbridge's board of directors? Are you happy with the $100 million dollars spent on UB Networks? TM is the largest shareholder and he controls the company.
If you support him, go ahead, tell everyone why. You must be satisfied with the current stock price, tell us why. If you are not satisfied, maybe you should complain. I assume you are a shareholder, right? |
