I'll answer as precisely as possible.
It is HK Boners intent to expose CSMA Management for what it is; Inept, and unable to conduct the company's affairs without continuously exposing the shareholders to lawsuits and loss, to say nothing of their lack of ability to finish anything they start.
As to your question; "what can this thread do to facilitate your agenda?" Our agenda is to establish management who is responsible to the CSMA shareholders. This fight either takes place at a shareholder's meeting or in court. HK Boner et al believes in CSMA and LPS and we want the thread to vote to protect itself by electing responsible management that honors its commitments, whether they are right or wrong. That is to say management that doesn't use the "READY FIRE AIM" approach to business, when it is charged with being responsible to us, the shareholders.
As to our action benefiting all of the CSMA shareholders that's easy; we've only been around 10« months, but we've seen, a trail of broken promises since day 1. We went all the way back to the beginning of the management and the pattern is the same "MANY STARTS! NO FINISHES". If this management could run a company, this company could do very well. WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT, that is not a court issue, that is a shareholder issue and this thread represents a good number of shares.
If we go to court we have to claim damages, if this forum is successful no one needs to lose anything and in the worse case we end up with new and competent management. |
