Pure Gold has a weak cash position and it almost seems impossible that they can meet cash calls on all the properties that they have mineral rights with JV partners. If they don't meet the cash calls they stand to lose all properties. They have basically spread themselves too thin. I think this is the main reason why the market has reacted this way.
