Dear Alvin,

Thanks for the well thought out message. There have been some doubts of a possible checkered past of the former CCI. I suggest you read reply #343 by Lane for a fair assessment of the situation.

My personal feeling is that as long as the new venture is not a scam on the part of TSIG, then this stock will indeed eventually go through the roof. To get a feeling on that issue, I test out thoroughly CCI's beta site: www.compactconnections.com. So far, because of the depth and comprehensiveness of the site, I find it difficult to suspect it a scam. I suggest you go through the site with a large list of cds and see for yourself. Also, the parties involved in building the website are extremely well run and reputable: Valley Media and ENZO audio imaging.

Keep in mind that TSIG has not acquired the assets of the former CCI (now called DP Enterprises) pending the audited financial statements. However, what is critical to TSIG is the right to use the concept of the MusicCard and, as a result, the access to the previous customers of CCI. You can read the 8-K for the facts.

What about the possible disgruntled dealers and dissatisfied customers (if any)? The dealers' grievances will have not impact, legally, on TSIG's operation. TSIG is and will not be liable for the agreements signed between the dealers and Darrell Piercy (former CCI). As for the customers, as long as TSIG honors the MusicCard then it's a non-issue. If TSIG (Mr. Gordon) is shrew enough, he will know the importance of a solid ad campaign. The wounded (if at all) goodwill is nothing a good campaign couldn't fix.

Please note that none of these "former dealers" who sprung onto this board this weekend have not provided me with any verifiable info to back up their claim. The best they could come up with is "call Gordon and Piercy and ask them about us". Please don't take my word for it. Look at the postings of Gicone, Joll, Krive, Saba, and Mylan Hart (Mylan Hart is especially funny). Decide for yourself.

regards.
