Since no one else has been posting on this thread in recent times - I thought I would break the ice and let all of you know that a news release concerning the BC Govt. law suit should be out sometime this week. My broker has informed me that Tom met with a representative from the Govt. last week and apparently things went very well. She suggested that being patient on this one will eventually produce rewards, however she cautioned that due to the falling index price of the VSE (below 500 today) - the rock could fall below it's 52 week low (.25). IMHO - I still believe in the validity and integrity of Rock's management and hope that we see something positive in the near future. Good luck to all. JA
