Fed prints money, lends to solvent Qualcomm, Qualcomm buys Won, then buys businesses in Korea, which doesn't miss a beat in exports, which actually increase because Koreans are getting paid less [in US$]. They have cancelled their overseas trips, are back at work again, and still buying cdmaOne handsets. Qualcomm gets to own a lot more cdmaOne production at a bargain price, so profits zoom up. They pay us lots of dividends.
Meanwhile, all the extra dollars end up pushing up the Dow [Q.com et al] in a reflationary process. While cdmaOne handsets get cheaper, cellphone minutes get cheaper and everyone is happy, happy, happy.
