Sun Tzu, Totally opposed to your suggestion about TDFX management getting involved in the Chat Rooms. These forums are for people to discuss their opinions, facts, fiction, fanatasy etc. Management's responsibility to their stockholders should be handled more profesionally and formally through public statements, interviews and the like. Unfortunately, ready access to information, low cost electronic trading, the market's trends towards momentum investing, and the like has created a mass herd investment style that is atune to immediate response and reaction to new and sometimes insignifcant events. As a stockholder, I do not expect weekly status nor would I be pleased with management providing such status. I think Greg Ballard's weekly posting to his site on his "vision thing" is o.k. However, some people (and I am excluding you) have the perception that a companies perfomance should be measured on the movement of its' stock price over a matter of days/weeks. Everyone agrees that this is nonsense from a valuation view but yet everyone (including myself) look for such things to keep us interested. After all, isn't this what these forums are al about?
