Robert,
What i have been told about Auric is that Auric simply could not duplicate their process, they wanted paid before they would show IPM how it worked, Allen said to Auric if your process works show us and you will be paid, Auric would not show them, then IPM ask Auric to have another lab duplicate the assay and Auric refused. Auric was simply not ever able to duplicate their process. As far as i know IPM expects the law suit of Aurics to be thrown out. I was told that the 9500 samples have been kept under COC locked up safe and are all valid yet today. When they have the needed financing one of the first things they will do will be to assay these samples. You did notice i said when.
Thall, I apologize for saying i knew you were a friend of Mr. Coggons, i just assumed you were since you had said on one of your post that you had spent the day in the office of Mr. Neimuth, who is Coggons right hand man, if i was wrong I apologize.
