Hi Bonnie; Well then if the volume is up they are still selling them off. But I still think the bigger than normal spread likely says they are getting close to bottom, maybe one more surge down, except if the blue chips fail to rally. I don't want any small caps if blue chips are sinking, maybe some micro caps. You like Royce what about the OTCM CE. Jim
