I wasn't able to pull a dba on "Wax Cylinder Music" in New York, nor could I find any under "Rogu". Did you file a dba? I'm not bashing you. Just finding the facts. So far we know that you, sir, are Mr. George Rogu who owns a company named Wax Cylinder Music.

So far you have been vague about verifiable sources (FEDERAL AUTHORITIES). So I like to ask you to give us the number of agency, federal or local, that handled your complaint. That would help. I would be glad to make that phone call.

On our end, Gambler and Relentless will set up a CC with Mr. Gordon soon. I will ask them to put forward that question about the internet dealers.

I would also like you to deliver on your previous promise of giving us all the names of the dealers you mentioned. And please don't tell
me to just ask Mr. Gordon and/or Mr. Piercy. We will. But for us to
take you seriously you need to step up.
