HK, i disagree with your assessment.
1. AdHatters has been successful by any measure.
2. Envirotec has received state approval and is now waiting on a contractor to complete work on the class V well. Numerous delays, but no failure yet. The delays, i'm satisfied, have been legitimate and no one has offered up proof to dispute that view. When that well becomes operational it will, imho, provide a revenue stream that compensates for any delays.
3. Coconino Oil and Gas poked around and didn't hit the big gas pocket. The outcome may not have been as hoped, but the deal was done. In true business fashion the next step would be re-assessment, which last word i have is consistent with where the company sits. And if they pull the plug on that one i'll not complain either.
4. LPS - you tell your story, i have mine.
5. Reporting status. Explored possibility of filing form 10 and determined that route would be long and difficult. In the interest of shareholders management decided to pursue that issue through reverse merger. Now, call it what you like but how this company achieves reporting status is of little matter. Getting there is of significant value to its shareholders.
In short, you have a perspective about this company that i don't share. So you keep dreaming about replacing this management team while they keep pushing the business plan and adjusting where needed. Until they fail in MY perspective they'll continue to recieve my support. regards.
