In return, you 'promise' to promote their website. Maybe if you don't have evidence that you fulfilled your promise, they don't have to give you the shares! They keep your shares in their electronic registry in the Bahamas, so how do you sell them? Doesn't this remind you of 'garbage in, garbage out'?
