With OAKT's stock price below 5.00 for some time, there is a possibility that NASDAQ could move to de-list, or more appropriately, downgrade OAKT from NMS to Small Cap Market (second tier). Just went through this with another stock and they chose to reverse split to maintain their NMS listing which ultimately didn't help the shareprice anyway (went below 5 again). I want to add to my position at the 3.00 level (below cash value) but am concerned with this possible scenario.
