Joe, I read a couple of your posts on the Yahoo thread and I can't help but wonder why we are all involved with WACC if in fact they pulled this Reg S move on their shareholders. Do you think this is a red flag ? If they could do this once, won't they be apt to stick their shareholders again (if we are talking about the same mgmt). I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
