How do you think that the billers will feel when MS funnels clients onto the Microsoft Site and Microsoft Network to sell goods and services.

Microsoft recently purchased one of the most sophisticated psychology profiling and internet advertising companies for web users. Thus MS can make a profile of your clients and target them for specific products that may or may not be in the biller's best interest.
