Guys, so far I'm able to get one name from you dealers for verification: George Rogu (Gicone) is the registered owner of the web site
www.wax-cylinder.com. We still need to verify Mr. Rogu's claim before we can assess the situation.

Joll, why don't you just give us the info. The name of your company and the agency that handled your claim. Any verifiable information will be helpful. We do want to check it out. We want to know how many dealers CCI had. We want to know how many dealers have filed complaints against CCI. We want to know the cause of the grievance: is it becaue CCI defrauded them or did the dealers fail to make good on their part of the agreement. We want to know what the authorities think about it. After we have all that info, then we want to decide for ourselves how does that affect TSIG's ongoing concern. It is a small or big problem (if indeed it is)? Is it a mortal wound or just a tick bite? Please refrain from unverified diatribe of accusations and innuendos. You can do that later, when we are ready to listen. We want you to start us off. Don't you feel that's fair enough. Are you going to make yourself look like a baboon hereafter without responding to our civil and reasonable pleas. Are you that desperate? If you are for real you know it's in your best interest to inform us. If you're not, then you must be smart enough to know the best thing to do now is to silence yourself, like Krive did. If you're not for real, you are only hurting yourself and your "collegues". Think about it.

Or you can do what Saba did: decline. Say you don't want to give us the info. At least that looks somewhat intelligent and remotely credible.

How about it.
