The parties have met, my friend is on his way back from D.C. as I write. It looks as though everything is a "go". If and when purchase goes through, the new owners will not dissolve the stock, it will be reissued under a new name ...at least that's the latest that I have heard, all of this is hearsay. I will write again when I hear more.
