Hi Wildcat, I considered the facts in much greater detail and based on several very difficult factors to overcome such as managment, reputation, debt, potential legal liabilities and outside political influences it would be very difficult to over come these obsticles without having several people working on it full time. That is not to say that I am giving up the fight because that is simply not true. I will continue to try to bring the share holders together to fight the current situation but unlike IPM management has demonstrated rushing head first into a situation without thinking about the ramifications is not always the smartest way to approach something.
