Kemble, I'm immensely impressed with you, your enthusiasm, your giving spirit, and your insight on why Dell is a fantastic company: Michael Dell. You don't know it, but you've had a great deal to do with my making a great deal of money. I've read your posts for a year and found them truly inspirational, along with other stars on this thread. And thank you for the beautiful shirt, it gets lots of comments and gives me opportunity to spread the good news. The words that impressed me most at the stockholders were when MD said, something like this: "When a company lays people off it's management's fault" Who has ever heard a premier CEO even hint at such a thing. Michael's dedication and humility were completely revealed in that short phrase. Two of the greatest mistakes in life, Kemble: 1. Trust the wrong man. 2. Don't trust the right one. Corollary: You can't make a good deal with a bad dude! [CPQ] Dell will continue to eat everybody's lunch, and I thank you personally for your part in motivating me to take a seat at the banquet!
