I understand that the Nasdaq listing is still on, though timing may now be somewhat different due to both CGI Group and Mpact, who both planned US listings, now coming under BCE.

Apparently Jean Monty (BCE's CEO) wants CGI to go first (on NYSE) and assuming all goes well, Mpact would then follow on Nasdaq. Given the large infusion of cash that Mpact will have once the BCE deal is finalized, a U.S. acquisition could also be in the works.

This should all come to pass over the next six months.
