Is the IBM "Sky is Falling" study objective? Think about it; Who is the biggest computer and software company trying to equip and service businesses for e-commerce? Answer; IBM. Is it likely that they would send out such a chilling message to present and potential clients without being very convinced about it? If it were not so abundantly obvious to anyone who has thoroughly studied the issue, they might have been inclined to dampen the results. I hope the yuppie Amazon.com speculators have both eyes open.
