Craig, I doubt that ANCR management is unhappy with you as much as they 'feel your pain'. My impression is that you should not hesitate to call them and discuss all these issues. I thinnk yuo would be recieved well and it may help all of us. If you are not received appropriately, that would tell us somehting too.
