Christine, as an example of absurdity gone completely nuts. A man in Washington State was arrested and thrown in jail yesterday.

His crime....Not paying the $10.00 license fee to ride his Kayak in the Puget Sound.

I wonder what the Greenpeace organizations view on this issue would be? :-)

hmmmmm, I guess you could bump your Kayak into a seal or something! They are probably glad the man is in jail. :-)
