I agree with you however, I wished I had a copy of it ... Now also the facts were not established completely. It was altered and as Bob Simms stated and you agreed that if you post a fact, burden of proof why not post all the facts so nothing is subjective.

The truth is a great defense for defamation.

I agreed with you the previous night anf felt you proved your points without a doubt because of the names listed in the context which probably could verify the existence. It was the ommission I had a problem with mainly. Based on that I was trying to point out that suppression of the truth is equivalent to an expression or suggestion of what maybe false.

The hiding or suppression of a material fact or circumstance which the party discloses is an appearance to prevent inquiry, escape investigation, or to mislead or hinder in the acquisition of information disclosing a right of action.

Now maybe I am wrong but like I said if it were me I would have just pasted it and let the cards fall where they may. But that is me.
