General Cigar - I just spent a few minutes on the 10-K and found this nightmare of a business owns a bunch of real estate, including a 200,000 square foot office building in Manhattan and 1100 acres in Connecticut. Why would one grow tobacco in Connecticut? Do you know where this land is and if it could be developed? If it could, you could be talking about 1/3 or more of the market cap just in these two assets.
