Better than just taxing! The provincial gov'ts own the big casinos in Canada. For example: last year, the Quebec Gov't made about $300 MM ($200 MM USD.. ouch!) in profit from the Montreal Casino alone. Do you think they will give up that kind of revenue without a fight? Not likely. Pressure will be applied to protect their cash cows.... you can bet on it! Peace Riccardo
