I don't know if you are as ancient as I am, but there used to be a
favorite cartoon series that I watched every Saturday morning named
Mighty Mouse. That series featured a little mouse, not unlike Superman,
who consistently defeated evil, usually a bit violent, but he was
victorious nonetheless.

But if you don't remember Mighty Mouse, perhaps you remember David and
Goliath.

MDIX vs. ADRX is very similar. These kinds of suits are very nasty and
evil. And its not unusual for the little guy to win.

As to the remarks regarding Keith Berman, you missed the point of the
last paragraph of my post to which you are responding. YEROS MAKES THE
DECISIONS.

So whether or not he saw it coming is a moot point. My guess is that
not only did he, he became deeply frustrated because his hands were
tied. Don't forget, the Berman/Asbell team brings 13 years of
experience working together in this industry. And they know the ins and
outs of publicly traded companies. It was this, among other things,
that made it a no-brainer for me to become a private placement investor
in the company.

My portfolio is down too because of my MDIX stock. Way down from where
it should be, just like yours. I put the blame directly on Yeros. You
might try venting some frustrations to him. I hope he responds to your
phone calls better than he does mine and those of my broker.
