Mr. Singer,

<<I feel what we do (recover losses) is more important than anything. These people need help and we are looking to provide assistance. Again, as you are well aware of, that is why our business is done on a strict contingency basis. No up front money is required for our services. The only time we receive compensation is when our clients get part of all of their money back due to fraud.>>

Getting money returned to your clients is indeed very important. However, As investors we are investing in the company; not the client. Therefore, the company, its structure and officers are of upmost importance to the shareholder.

The fact that no money up-front is required of the client is great. There are few attorneys who take or encourage contingency cases.

Mr. Singer,I am interested in the following:

1. How many locations does your company currently operate?

2.How many attorneys are practicing with you?

3. Exactly what form of compensation and how much did the company pay Wall Street West for their services? If they received company stock as partial or full payment;are there any trading restrictions against those share? Please explain.

4. It is my understanding that Market Makers who market the stock also do promotional work for their clients; How many Market Markers are marketing the stock and who are they? Will they be promoting your company via informational materials or otherwise?

5. Other than exposure to the Internet investors what further exposure has Wall Street West agreed to provide for the company?

6. What is the average time frame from case litigation to payment of both the client and the company? I realize each case is different but just an average will do.

7. What was you prime motivation for taking your company public?

8. Is there any restrictions placed on the officers of the company in regards to trading their share? Other than filing with the SEC an intent to sell?

Thank you in advance,

Dusty
