The balance problems was the most serious to me (it would have me screaming that I couldn't get my correct balance, and it's still incorrect. I have a NYSE stock and NO buying power from that stock is showing in my account), but then the lying became the most serious, and the rudeness. Ryan TWICE promised me the credit, and I have the exact time and date he told me. When he later lied and denied he promised it, I realized there might be something wrong with the ethics of the company. If Fox had made it right as HE promised I'd have thought it was okay there ethically. But he failed to take care of it as he promised (and I even emailed a copy of my first note here which should have served him as a reminder several days later), so I think there's something dirty about the whole company. Of course, the guy who hung up the phone on me didn't help things much!

This is a very amateurish company. It's like Mickey Mouse to be dealing with them. They must have a trivially small staff, understaffed and underexperienced for this sort of serious work. It's like four or five people set up an office for a brokerage service in a cardboard box!

Remember, you only get free commissions on NASDAQ stocks that are over $2 and that are also on their list. Anything else this company does for you costs more than the other discount houses. So if you ever do other things: options, shorting, margin, trades on the NYSE or AMEX or cheaper stocks, you're paying so much more for that stuff, the free trades are well balanced out.

Linda
