Tom,

Wisefoul may not be with us any longer. I may have educated him yesterday as to the lack of merit in his ways.

On that note, whether or not Gordon or anyone ever registers an intent to sell means squat. Most corporate execs do that for reasons of maintaining flexibility.

On the other hand a posting that a corporate exec has actually sold may be important. I say may be because even then in most cases sales of securities by insiders are not material to the nature of the security or the corporation.

It is only when an executive or group of executives sell the majority of their holdings before bad news is released that one could say something is wrong or they are profiteering on the stock instead of building the company.

Mostly, these exec's need money just the same as we do. However, since they usually get paid in the form of corporate currency, (stock,) they do have to sell some from time to time to get paid.

Usually no big deal.
