I think it would be a classic case of putting the cart before the horse. ie: MSFDC. ala:"The MSFDC platform seems more mature and it offered us the easiest way to get involved in bill presentment in the short term," said Dave Spier, manager of Internet and PC banking at Mellon Bank. And other hoopla P.R. B.S. put out by MSFDC to deceive investors and the public in general into thinking they[MSFDC] are further along than they really are.
