Hi Doug, Sorry about the confusion yesterday. I was getting tired. Thinking about one thing and typing about something different. IM stands for instant message which is an AOL thing that allows people to talk back and forth but is private in nature. The latest version of Netscape offers this free of charge and I highly recommend that everyone signs up for it. It is a very handy thing and does have privacy preferences associated with it just in case you don't wish to be bothered. The best part of it is that you don't have to be on AOL to use it. Chuck
