I was thniking if we could round up a couple of questions that may be asked at the annual meeting, for those that are attending - and are willing to report the result. However, since I don't know how annual meetings work, and to what degree questions are answered ...

Questions I'd like to know the answer to:

I assume they have already thought of all the answeres to following questions, but...

What future step do they for see that will prevent them from becoming a "HAYES" of the xDSL movement? Obviously they've got VDSL, but I don't want to see AMTX invent the product and USRX cash in.

How do they view Ascend as a compeitor?

To the earlier poster who has held AMTX in the ICOT stages.

You believe, there will be less news on xDSL next year? AHH?

You believe, there won't be cousumer demand for xDSL AOL stock just doubled due to consumer demand? AAH?

You believe, there is no current demand for such bandwidth, i.e, applications do not exist for this type of bandwidth? _ u ain't seen nothing yet old man! (Joke - take it lightly)

You maybe correct in assuming AMTX has vast competition, but that is a given.

Anyway have good day!
