Amazing that in a some's quest to make money in the market you can only make money when you have buying and you bought low enough to sell into the promotion of the stock. What people fail to realize is shoot1st post with the PM which had another PM within it had some definite facts to it.
1.) It was received by a party to a group that were fronting running and then promoting in a communication by a leader to his disciples
2.) At the bottom of the PM was a list of accessories or affiliates also a part to that scenario however one name was missing
3.) It was black and white proof of conspiring to take power away from another guru which had worked before on other Gurus.
4.) It was a evidence of a war for control of the internet sheep as per the conviently omitted name which was stated by the party that was not exposed however in previous posts on this thread most know who that missing party is without a doubt
5.) The internet has a lot of dealing in the world of Private Messages that are deceitful being Deceitis nothing more than a fraudulent and deceptive misrepresentation, artifice, or device, used by one or more persons to deceive and trick another, who is ignorant of the true facts.
6.) By the omission of the one name to the group of names listed was that not Misrepresentation which is any manifestation by words or other conduct not in accordance with the facts; an untrue statement of fact; an incorrect or false representation which, if accepted, leads the mind to an apprehension of a condition other and different from that which exists.
7.) Was it not the result or effect of evidence, the means by which a fact is proven. which I believe to be burden of proof there is a new Shepherd King about to come to the internet sheep.
Now with that in mind what did that post also possibly entail .. well lets look at some interesting points

Better yet ...
Fraudulent Intent: Such intent exists where one, either with a view of benefitting oneself or misleading another into a course of action, makes a representation which one knows to be false or which one does not believe to be true.
Now with that all said how about this ... what if say no truth was stretch and it was all factual in the promotion of the stock typically that is not correct because as RTP proved most day trader promoters stretch the truth. SO anyway aside from all this above what about this legal scenario which generally goes hand in hand with the above.

One cannot agree or conspire with another who does not agree or conspire with him.
Now in our history the only way the illegal authorities have been able to bust a ganster is by getting someone in the ranks to get upset, angry or emotional enough to expose the act. Once that is done typicaly they want immunity. People on the internet in a quest for control of the internet are doing exactly that. By posting that PM on a public forum some one got a copy of it which is exposing more than what it was intented to do.
It was clearly intented to expose Big Dog which it did and it exposed a whole lot more plus by omitting a fact made is subjective to possibly a continuing scenario just lead by someone else. Historically gansters overthrow the bosses but their is another boss waiting in line for the power who also has sheepdogs.
Many people think therefore believe but as I learn belief is not an act of innocence or have any bearing on the truth. Anyone and I mean anyone can be duped. We trust we are deceived we are nailed. Some people are not even aware they are a part of crime. People on these witch hunts to expose typically are upset and were a part of something then they go out to prove it thus involving themselves.
Once you post on the internet open forum that is a permanent record of events.
That post was basically the most damaging post of proof to day/momentum traders I have ever seen. It confirmed everything that has been said about stock pickers and in the bring down of each major day trading Guru. It clearly showed intent, names of affiliates (all but one), brief outline of a plan or scheme, plus the war for the controlling power of the internet sheep.
Now I could be wrong but this post serves as notice to everyone be careful what you post you may put yourself in that which you are trying to expose. You can;t expose it if you were not a part of it.
Right now I and probably most every poster on line is guilty of this post at some point in time if you are promoting a stock. Think and use common sense when posting for these boards are monitored. The internet is the perfect vessel to catch confessions of wrong doing. You may not even know you are part of a wrong doing or confessing either but what you believe and what is the truth is two seperate things.
Think about it.
