I wonder if THQI might itself have felt threatened and has decided to expand rapidly in order to maintain their independence. Farrell has always made intelligent decisions so I assume that whatever he has in mind, it has been well thought out.

Looks like THQI will be a much larger company soon, whatever the moves are that are contemplated. Ultimately this should lead to a higher PE. So I really think the long-term impact will be positive.

It is just this short term business that is so hard to take and unfortunately not a new experience for the longs.
