My suggestion: Look around for a much larger and better qualified
company to buy INPR. Del would get a golden deal much like
Roger S. from VSGN. And we could get some real infusion of ideas
and management/marketing know-how. As opposed to this half-assed
name change psudo identity transplant company turnaround approach.

I would wager that at a sub $10/share price IBM would be interested.
