Here are my questions right now, so you can all see what they are:

JACK USELTON:

1. Would you be willing to give shareholders permission to inspect the company's books?

2. Would you be willing to send copies of all correspondence, and all legal documents executed in connection with the ICVI merger, to shareholders or their representatives?

3. How long have you known John Christensen, and what is the history of your relationship?

4. How long have you known Marc Tow, and what is the history of your relationship?

5. What is the connection, if any, between Marc Tow and John Christensen?

6. What do you seek to gain from the lawsuit you are bringing against former management and "others"? Who are the "others" in question?

7. Further to the above, is there any possibility that MTEI will seek to rescind its merger contract with ICVI, with the result that current shareholders would once again become shareholders in ICVI?

8. How much of MTEI's land in West Virginia was bought by Marc Tow and his associates for back taxes, and how much did he pay for it?

Can't think of any more at the moment, but if others occur to me I'll let you know. How many of these do you think Uselton will answer?
