DEAR KMT: My take is a nasty one. I'm guessing like you yet I see the word REVESE. written all over this one. IMO there would be Oh, Let's guess at a 5 to 1 let's see at .17 that's .85 cents nope not good enought to matain the level ya need for full NASDAQ listed company. So let's try again 8 to 1 @ .17 = $1.36 hmm. closer. yet if there are 14,400,000 what is that at 8 to 1 ah, 1,800,000 hmmm not bad for a little NASDAQ firm to have out trading. Now what happens to the PFRD issue that I want for my stock ??? It stays the same no reverse well possibly or it may reverse also, yet would it have to??? hmmmm. You must understand that IMO and guessing at this time wave we are in there may be a reason for a reverse splitt at this time. What would be a good one? How about ah, To maintain a Bid of $1.00 per share. Also Professionals are able to ivest in a NASDAQ listed company more so than one on the bullentin boards. With that in mind you come up with a better guess as to why this material change has taken so long to end up in print? Regards, Jim.....
