If I might make a comment on DELL and INTC.

Dell has created a sell signal and lower top. Move to 114 would break a double top and would be bullish while a move to 100 would break the second double bottom and would be bearish. I wouldn't add positions here. I'd even considering hedging if long because the sector just reversed down.

INTC broke through the bearish resistance line which is bullish and broke a spread quad top. Stop on INTC is 80, a double bottom break. This sector is at very low levels but could go lower. Also reversed down.

INTC seems to be the most prudent play to the upside while Dell may prove to be an interesting short if it breaks to 100.
