Hi Bob;
techstocks.com
Since then I've ducked back out of TDW , and captured a small
profit on CYM but I'm out of her too. I've still a small position
in NSM.
I think her computer on a chip has promise in the entry level
market.
Computers are not dead, it's like they focused on power, and
high performance, and all kinds of sophisticated software
to were they forgot about people new to computers, and
new users were just overwhelmed by the learning curve,
that many of these godzilla programs have. Innovation was
what software engineers thought it was; look what we can
do..but new people scratched their heads and looked at the
size of the books, heavens you got to take a class , or go to
collage to run these things they thought. <G>

I saw a simple show on the windsurfers, how the all went to
speed and performance and the business just sort of dried up,
now they one of them has said we left out the average weekend
beach goer with all this hi-performance you gotta be a champ
to ride windsurfers..

The under 1K sets , and maybe cheaper , without all the super
duper stuff will soon bring in some new blood. They got last
year were most computers were bought by former users as upgrades
they focused on forcing people into upgrades instead of the
new customer. I think that will change.

Who was it that said "what this country needs is a good 5 cent
cigar" Where would our car business be if we had to sell only
Caddys , Lincons, an Corvets..
