Kev, it is a real lame excuse. Management claims to want to be "above board" but their is no reason for not releasing that information immediately. It opens themselves up to shareholder lawsuits and these guys should really reread the US Securities Laws regarding this. They are so worried about the market manipulation that occurs to the stock but yet it appears that they are the ones that try to manipulate it. And whatever happened to those audited financials. Again, they produce nothing. Maybe its time the shareholders use the same tactic they used on Dayton, maybe its time for us to file!!!! These guys are beyond comprehension...
