Thomas: I apologize if I missed it...but please direct me to where CD indicated specifically that knowledge adventure is for sale. If this is true....that deal must be in negotiations right now. TLC can't afford to not make an attempt for this company. Notwithstanding the FTC, TLC could raise prices across the boards with this acquisition resulting in a nice bump to the bottom line.
