Robert,
It seems like you got most of the details and news from the cc. I just wanted to add that Bob also emphasized the major themes that we already were thinking:
The slowing of the 300mm conversion ("the most expensive retool in history") causes some customers to concentrate on .25 upgrades instead, and cymi is the "only viable" quarter micron option.
Cymi's business will turn about six months before the industry as a whole, possibly early '99 as opposed to late '99.
5010 orders have started out better than expected, although new orders may still decline sequentially for two more quarters.
Intel's transition to .25 should be complete this year, and move to .18 will start next year. Almost no one else has such a definite schedule.
Backlog is firm, "minimal" push outs so far.
While spares and service will likely become a higher percentage of revenues over the next six months, they have lower margins.
