forget why? the question is why has more than three weeks already passed, let alone the need for another three. you see, in three weeks i won't care any more because Publishers Clearing House is going to award me with there $10,000,000 super prize! my guess is that press releases must cost a lot of money and so mgmt is economizing so that one day they can spend real money on a tombstone sized ad in the financial papers....
