I don't know about the best suppliers, but as far as a buy out companies rarely buy out others when the should, like when they are cheap. Usually they buy them when they are high. And I would guess that Sumi us hurting just as bad as the rest of the high tech suppliers and money is tight. But who knows?

I also think that everything that is happening now with wafers and chips is just going to make the ride back up much steeper and sweeter.
