Re: Repeat Orders

I've enjoyed following the discussion of PM over the last few months. Forgive me if any of this has been discussed before.

In the latest 10-Q, PM discusses the importance of customer retention and repeat orders:

The Company generally incurs negative cash flow with respect to the first order for its diabetes supplies from a customer due primarily to customer acquisition costs, including advertising and Medicare and secondary insurance compliance costs. Accordingly, the profitability of the Company's diabetes supplies business depends on recurring orders. Reorder rates are inherently uncertain and are subject to several factors...

It also goes on to speak to the "risk" of new diabetes treatments on the Liberty Medical business (interesting in the light of the recent Rezulin news).

Has the company spoken to how customer retention and reorders are looking? Obviously, one would hope that the ease of ordering under the new Medicare rules will keep customers in the fold. It would be helpful if the company (or someone who may be involved in the field) could keep us informed on retention rates.
