TO ALL,just wanted to clarify the recent registation announcement to prevent any misconception.MRVC is not doing a secondary offering the 6 million shares referred to today isthe registration of the convertable debentures,intel's warrents,and other warrent holders. Mnagement is not selling shares,and there is no new moey being raised that has not previously been announced,furthermore the effets of this registration hqave already been accounted fore bu hampshire.22.8 milloin revised up to 24 milloin shares post registraton.I confirmed all of this with Edmond Glaser. It amazed me when the stock dropped to 23.5 today and brokers tld me that the company was doing a 6 million share seconary,had to get on the horn to find out for myself.No new shares are involved and thre are not any brokerage firms doing any deals.management presentation is still scheduled for november.
