My B/E point is $12/share. Well below it's current trading price.
I was dragged into BORL through the VSGN aquisition not by choice.

I've heard all the whining about how BORL overpaid for VSGN. But with
no debt and the best technology, I think VSGN is the feather in the
INPR cap. If INPR can make it in the enterprise tool arena it will
be due in large part to the inroads that VSGN already made there.

I still think that INPR would be a steal to IBM for $10/share.
